How do I sign up for water, sewer, and trash service?
An open utility account is transferred to the new owner at time of escrow. An Account Application will be sent to buyers in a welcome packet. Please complete the application and return it to us. Please contact us at 775-832-1203, option 2 to arrange for trash can service.
